Welcome to PipGrid. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PipGrid website, software, Expert Advisors, licence dashboard, payment flow, support channels, and related services.
1. Service Description
PipGrid provides automated trading software / Expert Advisor access only. The current paid product is the PipGrid EA Bundle, which includes EURUSD Adaptive EA, Gold/XAUUSD EA, and Arbitrage EA for a 6-month licence term, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
2. Software-Only Service
PipGrid is not a broker, exchange, authorised person, electronic trading platform, portfolio manager, fund manager, research analyst, or investment adviser. PipGrid does not collect client trading funds, execute trades on behalf of users, manage accounts, recommend brokers, provide personalised financial advice, or guarantee returns.
3. No Broker Recommendation
PipGrid does not recommend, introduce, promote, or require users to open an account with any specific broker, exchange, electronic trading platform, or financial intermediary. Users are solely responsible for choosing and verifying their own broker/platform and for ensuring that their trading activity is lawful in their jurisdiction.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your broker/platform selection, account type, deposits, withdrawals, leverage, margin, VPS, spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, symbol settings, lot size, risk settings, installation, operation, and trading outcomes.
5. Risk Acknowledgement
Automated trading involves substantial risk. Market volatility, execution delay, technical failure, broker rules, platform errors, internet/VPS failure, latency, slippage, spread widening, leverage, and incorrect settings may cause losses. You may lose part or all of your trading capital.
6. No Guarantee
Past performance, backtests, examples, screenshots, demonstrations, user-submitted results, or historical data do not guarantee future results. PipGrid makes no promise of profit, income, monthly return, risk-free trading, or loss prevention.
7. Licence Term and Access
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the licence term is 6 months from payment confirmation or licence activation. Access may expire automatically at the end of the term unless renewed.
8. Payment
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment gateways. PipGrid does not store complete card numbers, bank credentials, wallet private keys, or sensitive payment credentials. Final price, taxes, currency conversion, and payment availability may vary by location and gateway.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after licence activation, download access, login access, or delivery of software credentials.
10. Permitted Use
The licence is for personal or single-customer use only, unless a separate written enterprise/reseller agreement exists. You must not resell, share, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, bypass licence controls, or use the software for unlawful purposes.
11. Support Scope
PipGrid may provide basic installation, licence, and software support. Support does not include broker selection, investment advice, trading recommendations, account management, fund management, or profit optimisation promises.
12. Compatibility
PipGrid does not guarantee compatibility with every broker, platform, VPS, symbol naming format, spread condition, execution model, or account type. Users must test settings in a demo or low-risk environment before live use.
13. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable in your country or jurisdiction, including rules related to forex, commodities, derivatives, automated trading, tax, and payment compliance.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipGrid and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for trading losses, loss of capital, loss of profit, business interruption, technical failure, broker-related issues, platform errors, payment gateway failures, or indirect/consequential damages arising from use of the website or software.
15. Suspension / Termination
PipGrid may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, attempts to bypass licensing, misuses support, engages in fraud, shares software without permission, or uses the service unlawfully.
16. Changes to Service
PipGrid may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue software, features, pricing, licence structure, or website content at any time. Existing users will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms and law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, unless another governing law is required by the final business/legal structure. Courts/venue should be inserted after legal review.
